We both full - time employed, over two years with current employer, and nearly two years with current land-lord - brilliant references available. Looking for long term tenancy. Ready to move a month after we find our 'dream house' - a month notice needed for current landlord. Furnished or unfurnished - got own bits + washing machine. Budget 700 pounds pcm.
